Team Coverage
One Game — $250
Professional photography coverage of one scrimmage or tournament game.
Two Games — $375
Coverage of two games for the same team at the same event and location.
Additional Same-Day Games — $125 Each
Add additional games to a two-game package when scheduling and availability allow.

Player Coverage
We make every reasonable effort to photograph as many players as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that every player will be photographed or that every player will receive the same number of images.
Playing time, field position, game flow, substitutions, weather, field access and shortened games can all affect coverage. If guaranteed attention for a particular athlete is important, please consider Individual Player Coverage.
Two-Team Tournament Special
$175 Per Team
Bring another team to Fastpitch Frames and both teams receive a discounted rate.
Each participating team receives photography coverage of one game at the same tournament, venue and date.

Booking Requirements
- Both teams must confirm and pay before the event.
- Games must be held at the same tournament, venue and date.
- Game times must be close enough to accommodate both teams.
- The offer is subject to photographer availability and the tournament schedule.
- If the two teams play one another, that game may serve as the scheduled coverage for both teams.
- This offer cannot be combined with other packages or discounts.
Individual Player Coverage
Dedicated photography coverage focused on one to three players from the same team and game.
- One Player — $100
- Two Players — $75 Per Player ($150 total)
- Three Players — $65 Per Player ($195 total)
- For four or more players, Team Coverage provides the best value.

Image Expectations
Our goal is to deliver at least 10 quality edited photographs of each selected player. However, a specific number of images cannot be guaranteed.
Playing time, position, game flow, substitutions, weather, field access and shortened games may limit the number or variety of photographs available. We prioritize delivering strong, meaningful images rather than including repetitive or lower-quality photographs simply to reach a specific number.
Individual Player Coverage is limited to a maximum of three players from the same team and game.
